A Third Way

190 million women live with endometriosis. Most are given two options: do nothing, or have surgery. We believe your body deserves more support than that.

EndoRelief uses serrapeptase, a systemic enzyme trusted in functional medicine for decades, to support your body’s natural response to inflammation and tissue buildup. It takes time (60–90 days), but for many women, it’s made a real difference.

EndoRelief was designed for women navigating inflammatory reproductive discomfort — supporting the body rather than masking symptoms.

Using Serrapeptase, a systemic enzyme known for breaking down excess fibrin, EndoRelief supports your body’s natural ability to manage swelling, adhesions, and pelvic tension. The result is calmer inflammation, healthier tissue response, and more consistent month-to-month comfort.

Developed in collaboration with Dr. Juliana King, DACM, and crafted in California with clean, third-party-tested ingredients, EndoRelief is gentle yet effective — designed to help you feel more freedom and ease in your own body.

How to Use:

  • Days 1–5 (Loading Phase): Take 1 capsule, twice daily, with a large glass of water on an empty stomach (30–60 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal).
  • Days 6–10: Increase to 2 capsules, twice daily.
  • Day 11+ (Therapeutic Dose): Take 3+ capsules, twice daily, as needed.

What You Need to Know

No. EndoRelief is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent endometriosis or any disease.

However, many functional medicine practitioners recommend serrapeptase to support the body in managing inflammation and tissue buildup associated with endometriosis. Our goal is to give your body the tools it needs to address discomfort at its source—but this is a supplement, not a pharmaceutical treatment.

If you have endometriosis or suspect you do, please work with a qualified healthcare provider. EndoRelief can be part of a holistic approach, but it should not replace medical care.

Start slow. Begin with 1 capsule, twice daily, with a large glass of water on an empty stomach (30–60 minutes before eating or 2 hours after a meal).

Build gradually. After about 5 days, increase to 2 capsules twice daily. Around day 11, you can move to your full therapeutic dose.

Find your level. Everyone's body is different. Some women feel their best at 2 capsules a day, others need 4–6. Start with the phased schedule above, then adjust based on how you feel. The goal is to find the dose where you notice consistent improvement — and stay there.

Be patient. Many women start noticing changes within the first few weeks, with fuller results building over 60–90 days of consistent use. This isn't a quick fix — it's a root-cause approach.

Listen to your body. Exceeding 8 capsules per day is rare and should only be done under medical supervision. Consult your doctor if you're pregnant, nursing, taking anticoagulants, or have a history of blood thinning.

Serrapeptase is generally well-tolerated, but because it works systemically to reduce fibrin and support circulation, there are some important considerations:

Do not take EndoRelief if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Are taking anticoagulants (blood thinners)
  • Have a history of bleeding disorders
  • Are scheduled for surgery (discontinue 2 weeks prior)

Always consult your doctor before starting EndoRelief, especially if you have any medical conditions or are taking prescription medications.

Some people experience mild detox symptoms (headache, fatigue) when they first start—this is your body clearing inflammation. If this happens, reduce your dose and increase gradually.

Serrapeptase works by breaking down fibrin, scar tissue, and inflammatory proteins—but this process takes time. Your body has been building up this tissue for months or years, and clearing it doesn't happen overnight.

Most people start noticing subtle improvements around 30-45 days, with more significant relief around the 60-90 day mark (2 bottles). Consistency is key.

Think of it like physical therapy for your inflammation—you wouldn't expect one session to fix chronic pain. EndoRelief works the same way.

Most supplements for endometriosis focus on hormone balance or symptom relief. EndoRelief takes a different approach—it addresses the physical buildup of scar tissue and inflammatory proteins that contribute to pain and dysfunction.

We use Peptizyme SP®EN, a premium, acid-resistant form of serrapeptase that survives stomach acid and reaches your bloodstream intact. This isn't a generic enzyme blend—it's a targeted, high-potency formula designed specifically for systemic support.

And unlike many brands, we're transparent about what this can and can't do. We won't promise a cure. We will give you a tool that's backed by decades of clinical use and functional medicine expertise.

In most cases, yes—but you should always check with your healthcare provider first, especially if you're taking:

  • Blood thinners (serrapeptase can enhance their effects)
  • NSAIDs or pain relievers (combining may increase bleeding risk)
  • Hormonal treatments for endometriosis

EndoRelief works well alongside other functional medicine approaches like diet changes, stress management, and targeted supplementation for hormone balance.

Every body is different. While many people experience relief with serrapeptase, it's not a universal solution.

If you've taken EndoRelief consistently for 90 days (2+ bottles) and haven't noticed improvement, it may not be the right tool for your body—and that's okay.
